Pricing Varies by day Monday-Thurday • $595.00 Friday & Sunday • $695.00 Saturday • $795.00 • 50% Retainer to Book your Date •Balance Due 4 weeks prior to Event Date •Required $300.00 Refundable Security Deposit •Required $100.00 Cleaning Fee Included with Venue Rental - Up to 60 people capacity - 5 hours of event time - 2 hours prior to setup - 1 additional hour to breakdown - Round Tables and Chairs - Dimmable Lighting - Color LED Lighting - Separate Kitchenette/food area - Chafing Trays (Food Warmers) - Restroom -Venue Attendant -Bluetooth Speakers (not for DJs use)


Cancellation Policy

50% NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER REQUIRED. NO REFUNDS. MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO BOOK. VALID STATE ISSUED PHOTO ID MUST BE PROVIDED. FULL BALANCE DUE 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE TO BE INVOICED SEPARATELY. $100.00 CLEANING FEE & $300.00 ADDITIONAL SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE TO BE INVOICED SEPARATELY. A CONTRACT MUST BE SIGNED UPON BOOKING. NO SMOKING, NO HOOKAH. NO SALE OF ALCOHOL/LIQUOR. NO SALE OF TICKETS. NO GLITTER, CONFETTI, RICE, STAPLES, TACKS OR DOUBLE SIDED TAPE/COMMAND HOOKS.
