5 Event Hours • 8 Hours Total Venue Access Service Details * 50% Retainer to Book Your Date * Balance Due 4 Weeks Prior to Event Date * $300 Refundable Security Deposit * $100 Cleaning Fee Package Includes * 50 Guests Seated Maximum * All Venue Amenities * Your Choice of Theme & Colors — Any Theme Welcome * Tablecloths * Runners or Overlays * Focal Area * Choice of 2 Backdrops from our in-house inventory(Chiara/Arch, Round, Shimmer etc) * Signage(LED, Wood, Decal etc) * 2 Pedestals/Plinth * Organic Balloon Garland * Choice of Chair or Loveseat * 2 Decorative Accents (Stuffed Animals, Cutouts, Blocks etc) *Rug Choose from our in-house inventory — many options available. See pictures below of previous events. Keep in mind clients may have added on rentals and additional balloon work to their event.
Cancellation Policy
50% NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER REQUIRED. NO REFUNDS. MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO BOOK. VALID STATE ISSUED PHOTO ID MUST BE PROVIDED. FULL BALANCE DUE 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE TO BE INVOICED SEPARATELY. $100.00 CLEANING FEE & $300.00 ADDITIONAL SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE TO BE INVOICED SEPARATELY. A CONTRACT MUST BE SIGNED UPON BOOKING. NO SMOKING, NO HOOKAH. NO SALE OF ALCOHOL/LIQUOR. NO SALE OF TICKETS. NO GLITTER, CONFETTI, RICE, STAPLES, TACKS OR DOUBLE SIDED TAPE/COMMAND HOOKS.
